She previously held roles in energy storage consulting at Ascend Analytics, and was a Schneider Fellow at the Natural Resources Defense Council, where she worked with the Sustainable FERC team. Rebecca has 6 years of experience in the energy industry and 4 years in standalone storage, with a focus on regulatory affairs, policy, wholesale markets, revenue forecasting, and new market development.

Kory leads all strategic major equipment sourcing and EPC contracting across the Flatiron portfolio. He previously held procurement roles at EDP Renewables, Arevon, and Balanced Rock Power. Kory has 12 years of experience in the energy industry and 9 years in standalone storage, with a focus on technology evaluation, contracting, and equipment pricing forecasting. He has supported the development of 10 battery storage projects totaling 1,500 MW to NTP and brought 6 projects totaling 750 MW to operations.

Pan supports capital markets and project financing transactions across the Flatiron portfolio. He previously held roles in project finance and M&A at Generate Capital, 8minute Solar Energy, and DESRI. Pan has 7 years of experience in the energy industry and 3 years in standalone storage. He has supported the development of 3 battery storage projects to NTP.

Bruna advances projects toward revenue-generating offtake agreements by managing RFP bids, monitoring markets and regulatory developments, and structuring and negotiating commercial contracts at Flatiron. She previously held roles in Origination at Key Capture Energy, commercializing projects across ERCOT, MISO, SPP, CAISO, and WECC, and also worked in Global Markets at Goldman Sachs. Bruna has 4 years of experience in both the energy industry and standalone storage.

Ted leads interconnection for Flatiron’s utility-scale storage portfolio, overseeing transmission development and ISO/RTO coordination with primary responsibility for NYISO and support across ISO-NE and PJM. He previously held roles at RWE Supply & Trading, NYISO, and Power Engineers. Ted has 10.5 years of experience in the energy industry and 3 years in standalone storage. He specializes in interconnection strategy and execution across NYISO, ISO-NE, and SERC, and has managed 5 GW+ of projects within the interconnection process—including offshore wind, onshore wind, solar, and BESS—and supported bid strategy and development for offshore wind solicitations with NYSERDA and the New Jersey BPU.

Rosie supports efforts to raise project-level and corporate-level capital—including debt, equity, and tax equity—and develops financial models to evaluate projects and support internal decision-making at Flatiron. She previously held roles in finance and valuation at AES Clean Energy. Rosie has 3 years of experience in the energy industry and 1 year in standalone storage.

Anthony leads interconnection strategy and execution across Flatiron's utility-scale storage portfolio and is responsible for transmission development and ISO/RTO coordination. He spent 17 years at New York’s electric utility, Con Edison, where he held roles in Interconnection Services, Commodity Operations, and System Operations supporting transmission planning, wholesale market operations, and real-time system reliability. Anthony has 19 years of experience in the energy industry and 3 years in standalone storage, with a focus on bulk electric system engineering, ISO/RTO interconnection strategy, and transmission modeling. He has supported the development of 3 battery storage projects totaling 750 MW to NTP.

Sarah leads early, mid, and late stage development activities for grid-scale standalone energy storage projects in Flatiron's New York portfolio, from land acquisition and permitting to Notice to Proceed. She previously supported offshore wind development as the community engagement manager for Invenergy’s first offshore wind venture, Leading Light Wind, and as a consultant at Karp Strategies. Sarah has 4 years of experience in the energy industry and 1 year in standalone storage, with a focus on community engagement and climate resiliency. She also serves as a New York City Chapter Lead for WRISE (Women in Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy).

Chris leads code compliance, product due diligence, emergency response, and fire safety initiatives across Flatiron's portfolio of standalone energy storage projects. He previously served as Program Manager and Product Manager at Wärtsilä Energy Storage Inc., where he supported over 20 projects totaling more than 10 GWh of awarded, contracted, or deployed battery storage. Chris has 10 years of experience in both the energy industry and standalone storage, with a focus on safety and compliance. He actively contributes to industry standards through roles on several technical committees, including UL 9540, UL 9540A Task Group – Stacked ESS, UL 9540A Task Group – Large Scale Fire, CSA TS-800 Large Scale Fire Testing, and NFPA 855 2026 Task Group for explosion protection, suppression and detection, and toxins.

Brian leads project engineering design and technical execution across the Flatiron portfolio. He has held leadership roles in project engineering, development, and execution at Avantus, Wärtsilä, and GeneSiC Semiconductor. Brian has 13 years of experience in the energy industry and 10 years in standalone storage. He has supported the development of 7 battery storage projects totaling 1,500 MW to NTP and brought 16 projects totaling 300 MW to operations.

Bryan leads asset management across the Flatiron portfolio. He previously held product management leadership roles at ENGIE and Stem, where he built software platforms for asset optimization and management. Bryan has 14 years of experience in both the energy industry and standalone storage, with a focus on asset management, economic optimization, and digital integrations. He has supported the development of 100 battery storage projects totaling 300 MW to NTP.

Lauren leads corporate legal strategy and function across the Flatiron portfolio, advising on commercial transactions, development risk management, and governance to support Flatiron’s mission of delivering reliable energy storage solutions. She previously held in-house counsel roles at NextEra and DESRI, advising on a 38 GW portfolio of wind, solar, and storage and an 11 GW portfolio of solar and storage, respectively. Lauren has 7 years of experience across solar, wind, and storage. She has supported the development of 10+ storage projects to NTP and brought 10+ projects to operations, including execution of over 1.5 GW of long-term wind, solar, and storage offtake agreements and over 1 GW of personally contracted standalone non-recourse assets currently in operations.

Haley is Operations Manager at Flatiron, where she supports business operations and company culture through office management, event coordination, recruiting, marketing support, HR support, and a range of administrative duties. She previously held roles in marketing and administrative assistance at ZAP Engineering & Construction Services, Inc., Illusions Painting, and Gold Star Property Renovations. Haley has 3 years of experience in the energy industry and 1 year in standalone storage, with a focus on business operations, HR, administration, marketing, and photography.

Kesha leads accounts payable within the Accounting Department at Flatiron. She previously held roles at Thrive Senior Living, The Worthing Companies, and Place Properties. Kesha has 15+ years of experience and 1 year supporting standalone storage.

Will leads project management for the Taft BESS project at Flatiron and is responsible for coordinating the EPC and suppliers to maintain scope, budget, and schedule. He previously held project management consulting roles at Bureau Veritas and Arup, supporting major projects including Pavo, Hydra, Paleo, and Dickens BESS for Broad Reach Power / Engie in ERCOT, as well as the Long Island Rail Road Mainline Expansion. Will has 3 years of experience in the energy industry and 3 years in standalone storage, with a focus on EPC and logistics management. He has supported the development of 4 battery storage projects totaling 775 MWh to NTP.

Hannah leads the development of projects in ISO-NE territory from project inception to pre-construction at Flatiron. She previously held roles in onshore wind, transmission, and solar plus storage development with Invenergy and Vesper Energy. Hannah has 4 years of experience in the energy industry and 1 year in standalone storage. 

Junki leads technology evaluation, benchmarking, and exploration of battery energy storage systems across the Flatiron portfolio. He previously held roles in procurement at Arevon. Junki has 3 years of experience in the energy industry and 3 years in standalone storage. He has supported the development of 5 battery storage projects totaling 1,150 MW to NTP and brought 4 projects totaling 850 MW to operations.

Devin supports debt and tax equity financing across the Flatiron portfolio. He previously held roles across M&A and project finance at EDF Renewables and Galway Sustainable Capital. Devin has 3 years of experience in the energy industry and 2 years in standalone storage.

Alexander leads engineering, design, and technology from early-stage development through preconstruction across the Flatiron portfolio. He previously held roles as Senior Project Manager at Engie North America and Lead Project Engineer at General Electric. Alexander has 10 years of experience in both the energy industry and standalone storage. He has supported the development of 8 battery storage projects totaling 90 MW to NTP and brought 5 projects totaling 55 MW to operations. He is a licensed Professional Electrical (Power) Engineer in IL, MA, and NY, and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Sean executes procurement strategies to meet company and project goals, including managing complex agreements for EPC and major equipment purchases across the Flatiron portfolio. He previously held roles in sourcing and procurement at NextEra/FPL, National Grid Renewables, and Plus Power. Sean has 10 years of experience in the energy industry and 2 years in standalone storage, with a focus on strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and supply chain management. He has supported the development of 2 battery storage projects totaling 300 MW to NTP and brought 1 project totaling 150 MW to operations.

Charlie leads all development activities across ISO-NE and PJM markets at Flatiron, overseeing real estate identification and negotiation, project permitting and entitlements, and construction handoff responsibilities. He previously held roles focused on fuel oil and natural gas trading at Freepoint Commodities, North American carbon offset and green gas sustainability at ACT, and utility-scale solar and battery energy storage project development at Aypa Power. Charlie has 6 years of experience in the energy industry and 3 years in standalone storage. He has developed 2 battery storage projects totaling 400 MW to NTP and brought 1 project totaling 150 MW to operations, with particular expertise in project development, real estate, permitting, and entitlements.

Li leads capital planning and financial strategy at Flatiron. He previously held roles in FP&A, Treasury, and Strategic Finance at Pine Gate Renewables, Semperis, and Aspen Aerogels (and earlier at KPMG). Li has 2 years of experience in the energy industry and 1 year in standalone storage.

Ryland leads debt and tax equity financings across the Flatiron portfolio. He previously held roles in project and corporate finance at Plus Power, Onpeak Capital, and CRC-IB. Ryland has 15 years of experience in the energy industry and 4 years in standalone storage.

Hunter leads project and construction management across the Flatiron portfolio and serves as Project Manager for select building-based projects. He previously held project management roles at NineDot Energy and Lodestar Energy. Hunter has 5 years of experience in the energy industry and 3 years in standalone storage, with a focus on construction and project management. He has supported the development of 9 battery storage projects totaling 30 MW to NTP.

Sarah leads Flatiron’s community engagement strategy as Director of Environmental Justice & Community Investment, ensuring authentic, long-term partnerships with host communities. Her work promotes equity, access, and transparency in project development through inclusive engagement practices and community investment initiatives. She previously served as Director of Community Engagement & Partnerships at GRID Alternatives and Director of Community Engagement at WE ACT for Environmental Justice. Sarah has 8 years of experience in the energy industry and 1 year in standalone storage, with a focus on community engagement, federal and state program implementation, and environmental justice advocacy. She holds a Master’s in Environmental Science and Management and a Bachelor’s in Architecture.

Colin is responsible for project origination, offtake structuring, and contract negotiation across the Flatiron portfolio. He previously held commercial and origination roles at Equilibrium Energy, Edison Energy (now Trio), and EDP Renewables. Colin has 10 years of experience in the energy industry and 3 years in standalone storage. He has executed over 5 GW of wind, solar, and energy storage offtake agreements.

Venai leads Flatiron’s project development activities across the NYISO market. He previously held roles in project development at Avantus, Recurrent Energy, and Adapture Renewables, developing some of the largest greenfield solar and battery storage projects in the western U.S. from inception through NTP to COD. Venai has 15 years of experience in the energy industry and 6 years in standalone storage. He has developed 2 battery storage projects totaling 440 MW to NTP and brought 2 projects totaling 440 MW to operations. Venai has specific experience leading complex multi-party negotiations around shared facilities agreements and related structures when phasing projects or sharing existing transmission capacity.

Colin leads general accounting support for all projects and company activities at Flatiron, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, financial statements, and monthly reconciliations. He previously held roles as a tax accountant at Moss Adams and Crowe, as well as a general ledger accountant at Crimson Renewable Energy. Colin has 1.5 years of experience in the energy industry and 1 year of experience in standalone storage, with a focus on GAAP knowledge, month- and year-end close process development, implementation, and annual audit support.

Jennifer is Chief of Staff at Flatiron, where she oversees and optimizes day-to-day operations in close coordination with the managing partners and executive leadership team. She collaborates across Development, Commercial, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure organizational efficiency and support. Her responsibilities include human resources, accounts payable, and administrative operations. Jennifer brings experience in both healthcare and business operations, having previously served as Director of Operations for a health and wellness brand and as a Nurse Administrator at St. Luke East Hospital. She has 2 years of experience in the energy industry and 2 years in standalone storage.

Claire leads commercial transactions and power marketing efforts across Flatiron’s portfolio. Her work focuses on commercial structuring, securing offtake and hedging arrangements, RFP responses, and new market entry analysis. She previously held roles in capital markets and project finance at AES Clean Energy and Wells Fargo Securities. Claire has 6 years of experience in the energy transition space, including 2 years focused on standalone storage.

Donovan leads development engineering for Flatiron projects and is responsible for supporting development, permitting, design, and technical diligence across key markets. He previously held civil engineering roles for renewable energy projects at Energix Renewables, and in consulting roles at IMEG and Pennoni. Donovan has 3 years of experience in the energy industry and 1 year in standalone storage, with a focus on civil engineering. He has supported the development of 5 battery storage projects to NTP.

Kate focuses on greenfield origination and project development across all stages for Flatiron Energy’s portfolio in the PJM and ISO-NE regions. She previously worked in development at RWE Clean Energy, supporting and leading project management, greenfield origination, and M&A diligence for the East Region portfolio. Kate has 3 years of experience in the energy industry and 2 years in standalone storage. She specializes in GIS and has deep experience in community engagement.

Drew leads engineering design and technical project execution across the Flatiron portfolio. He previously held energy storage engineering roles at Burns & McDonnell and Vesper Energy. Drew has 7 years of experience in the energy industry and 5 years in standalone storage, with a focus on electrical engineering. He has supported the development of 2 battery storage projects totaling 475 MW to NTP and is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Missouri.

Jessica leads accounting functions at Flatiron to ensure accurate reporting. She previously held leadership roles in accounting at Guzman Energy Group, Uplight and Scout Clean Energy. Jessica is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), with 6 years of experience in the energy industry, and 1 year of experience in standalone storage.
