Jon leads all EPC and operations activities at Flatiron and provides strategic direction and overall management as a cofounder and managing partner. Jon has 28 years of experience in the energy industry and 10 years in standalone storage. He has supported the development of over 30 battery storage projects totaling 3 GWh to NTP and brought 20 projects totaling 500 MWh to operations.

With 8.5 years in energy, he has originated, managed, and led 13 projects totaling 1,700 MW to either FNTP or COD. Scott previously served in the U.S. military and worked as a risk and strategy consultant.

Rebecca has 6 years of experience in the energy industry and 4 years in standalone storage, with a focus on regulatory affairs, policy, wholesale markets, revenue forecasting, and new market development.

He specializes in interconnection strategy and execution across NYISO, ISO-NE, and SERC, and has managed 5 GW+ of projects within the interconnection process—including offshore wind, onshore wind, solar, and BESS—and supported bid strategy and development for offshore wind solicitations with NYSERDA and the New Jersey BPU.

She previously held in-house counsel roles at NextEra and DESRI, advising on a 38 GW portfolio of wind, solar, and storage and an 11 GW portfolio of solar and storage, respectively. Lauren has 7 years of experience across solar, wind, and storage. She has supported the development of 10+ storage projects to NTP and brought 10+ projects to operations, including execution of over 1.5 GW of long-term wind, solar, and storage offtake agreements and over 1 GW of personally contracted standalone non-recourse assets currently in operations.

Venai has 15 years of experience in the energy industry and 6 years in standalone storage. He has developed 2 battery storage projects totaling 440 MW to NTP and brought 2 projects totaling 440 MW to operations. Venai has specific experience leading complex multi-party negotiations around shared facilities agreements and related structures when phasing projects or sharing existing transmission capacity.

Colin has 1.5 years of experience in the energy industry and 1 year of experience in standalone storage, with a focus on GAAP knowledge, month- and year-end close process development, implementation, and annual audit support.
